Pumpkins
Traditional orange to unusual white, we grow every size and shape pumpkin – decorative to HUGE. Several varieties are available whether baking homestyle pies or carving happy haunts.
Gourds
Ornamental North Carolina gourds harvested at just the right time. Our gourds are available in a wide variety of sizes and colors including cushaw gourds for making cushaw pies.
Mums
Each season Porter Farms grows over 12,000 mums. Choose from multiple varieties and a host of brilliant colors. All of our mums are sold exclusively at our farm market in Kinston.

Growing pumpkins in North Carolina can be challenging. Our long history of growing pumpkins produces an excellent variety of this fall favorite. Looking for a great big pumpkin? We've grown some huge scale-busting pumpkins.
Along with fresh-off-the-vine pumpkins and colorful fall mums, we often have some produce available. Stop by our farm or roadside stand in the early fall for fresh fruits and veggies including grapes and tomatoes.
